This is a compression shirt that is specifically made for aiding and supporting the recovery process of people who have suffered from a minor to mild spinal cord injury by implementing a smart material brace into the fabric of the shirt. The main feature of this product to provide support at 3 different places, the shoulders, the spinal cord, and lower back. While the brace has no vacuum placed upon it the fabric is flexible and can adopt different shapes, when a vacuum is applied, the smart material becomes as rigid as plastic and therefore supports the body where needed.
